If you are using the gym but stuck at what to do use this, most exercises are in the PDF above but if you are unsure one of the Gym Instructors will be able to help you, don't be afraid to ask, its their job and they will be only to happy to help, plus then you have made a friend in the gym, we all had to start somewhere, even me!

Intermediate Gym Workout
This program is ideal if you have been using the weights in the gym already. Don't forget, it should NEVER be easy!
